Your photos: what we do with them
No image storage
When you submit a photo for analysis, it is sent directly to a secure AI service for processing. Your image is never stored on our servers, in our database, or in any file system. Once the analysis is complete, the image is gone from our pipeline.
Secure AI processing
Visual analysis is performed by an artificial intelligence model via a secure API. The provider processes the image to generate the analysis, then discards it in accordance with its data handling policy. Submitted images are not retained or used to train models.
No face required
The tool analyzes your clothes, not your face. You can frame the photo from neck to feet, or blur your face if you prefer. The score will not change.
What we do store
Only the text result of the analysis (scores, comments, recommendations) can be saved to your history if you click Save. We do not store any images. If you save an analysis, the image shown in your history is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

Service description

Access and payment
Lifetime access is obtained via a one-time payment of €29 (launch pricing) or €49 (standard pricing) through Stripe. Payment grants unlimited-duration access, limited to 10 analyses per day.
Refund policy
You have 14 days after purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. Contact contact@jamaisvulgaire.com.
Personal data
We collect your email address (for authentication) and payment data (processed by Stripe, never stored by us). Your photos are not retained. Your saved analyses are linked to your account and can be deleted at any time.
Cookies
We use a session cookie (authentication) and a language preference cookie. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.
Liability
JamaisVulgaire cannot be held responsible for clothing decisions made based on analyses provided by the tool. Results are provided for informational purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. Exercise these rights by contacting contact@jamaisvulgaire.com. You can also delete your saved analyses directly from the app interface.
