Image processing

Providers and data sent

Google Gemini processes photos, clothing descriptions, profile and body-proportion information and context needed for analyses and recommendations. Selected features may include travel details and calendar events. Inspirations may use ScrapeCreators, Supadata and Serper to retrieve linked content, search results and transcripts before Gemini analysis. FitFinder directly receives clothing references, sizes, measurements and size-chart screenshots; it uses its own AI providers, not verified here.

Stored photos and results

Photos are stored server-side, including in rating-images for saved analyses and tailoring advice. Imports use private wardrobe-import-photos storage and one-hour signed links. Historical imports may remain in the former public style-rater/wardrobe-import namespace until their migration is verified. Derived pictograms in style-rater are public. Try-on renders are stored in vto-renders with 24-hour signed links. Link expiry does not delete the file. Personal PDFs are also stored and may be emailed.

Image metadata

The server strip-exif filter removes JPEG APP1 (EXIF/XMP) and APP13 (IPTC) segments from the JPEGs it processes. Other JPEG segments and non-JPEG files are not fully cleaned by this filter. We therefore do not guarantee removal of all metadata. Avoid sensitive images and unnecessary data; you can crop or obscure your face.

Retention, cache and logs

Profiles, analyses, wardrobes, imports, trips and archives may persist. gemini_cache uses a 24-hour read window, not a guarantee of deletion at that time. Technical api_calls and api_errors logs are stored for operations. Full retention periods, backups and provider contracts have not all been verified; we do not promise zero retention or a universal ban on training use.

Your choice before AI

Explicit permission is requested before sending the content of an AI action. Declining cancels that action without transmitting its content or spending credits. Account choices are stored with a version and server date; anonymous choices stay in session memory. Withdrawal below prevents future actions until you agree again, without erasing prior processing. This choice is separate from tracking consent. Only submit content for which you have the necessary rights and permissions.

Terms of Use

Publisher

Sprezzatura is a tool published by JamaisVulgaire. Contact: contact@jamaisvulgaire.com

Service description

Sprezzatura provides automated outfit analysis powered by artificial intelligence. Results are editorial suggestions, not prescriptions. The tool does not replace professional advice.

Access and payment

Lifetime access is obtained via a one-time payment of €29 (launch pricing) or €49 (standard pricing) through Stripe. Payment grants unlimited-duration access, limited to 10 analyses per day.

Refund policy

You have 7 days after purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. Contact contact@jamaisvulgaire.com.

Personal data

We process email and account information, profiles, photos and results described above, and information needed for purchases. Stripe processes payments; the service may record transaction references, amounts and payment statuses. Card numbers are not handled as Sprezzatura profile data.

Cookies

The site uses session and language cookies and third-party tools. The web configuration includes PostHog (pageviews and explicit events; autocapture and session recording disabled), Meta Pixel (initial script and noscript fallback), Meta Conversions API and Vercel Analytics. Meta may receive hashed identifiers, IP address, browser information and advertising cookie identifiers. Hashing does not make this data anonymous. The presence of these tools does not mean tracking consent has been obtained; AI consent does not authorize them.

Google Calendar (optional connection)

Connecting Calendar gives read-only access to events to adapt outfits. Relevant information such as titles, times and locations may form part of the context sent to Google Gemini for generation. Connection tokens are stored server-side. You can disconnect Calendar in settings or revoke access in your Google account. This does not erase data already processed; contractual retention and Limited Use guarantees require separate verification.

Liability

JamaisVulgaire cannot be held responsible for clothing decisions made based on analyses provided by the tool. Results are provided for informational purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have rights including access, rectification, erasure and portability under the GDPR, and withdrawal of consent. Contact contact@jamaisvulgaire.com to exercise your rights, including a request to erase your account and associated files. Withdrawing AI consent is not account deletion.
