These terms govern your use of Sprezzatura. By using the service you accept them. Our privacy policy supplements these terms.

Service description

Sprezzatura provides AI-powered outfit analysis, a digital wardrobe, and outfit suggestions. Results are editorial suggestions, not prescriptions.

Access and payment

Sprezzatura offers an annual subscription billed through Stripe. It renews automatically on each anniversary date at the rate shown when you subscribed, as long as it remains active.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

You may request cancellation and a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@jamaisvulgaire.com. After that, amounts already billed are not refunded, except where required by law.

Renewal and cancellation

You can turn off renewal of the annual subscription at any time from your account or by writing to contact@jamaisvulgaire.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period already paid: your access remains active until then and no further payment will be charged.

Connected services — Google Calendar

Sprezzatura offers an optional connection to Google Calendar so outfit suggestions can adapt to your schedule (meetings, dinners, travel). This connection uses Google’s read-only authorization (calendar.readonly). Sprezzatura reads only the event information needed (title, time, location) to generate a recommendation. Calendar data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or model training. Sprezzatura’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke this access at any time from the app settings or from your Google account.

Wardrobe and images

Images you submit are processed for analysis and are not retained on our servers beyond processing. Pictograms and textual analysis results linked to your wardrobe are stored on your account and can be deleted at any time.

Personal data

We collect your email address (authentication) and payment data (processed by Stripe, never stored by us). See the privacy policy for full details.

Liability

JamaisVulgaire cannot be held responsible for clothing decisions made based on analyses or suggestions provided by the tool.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
